The things homeowners ask us before they upload anything.

How accurate is the estimate?

It is a materials and labour take-off priced against current GTA supplier rates, not a ballpark. It moves the moment you change a material, and a contractor confirms it against site conditions before anyone signs.

What does it cost to get a design?

Nothing. Upload a photo, get three finished redesigns and a costed scope. You only pay once you accept a contractor’s bid and fund the first milestone.

How does milestone escrow work?

You fund the project up front, but the money sits in escrow rather than in the contractor’s account. It releases in stages, and only once you have approved the milestone it pays for.

What happens if the work is wrong?

A milestone is not released until you sign it off. If something is not right, the release pauses and the disagreement goes to review before any money moves.

Are the contractors actually vetted?

Licence, insurance and WSIB standing are checked before a contractor can bid, and their milestone history on past Remowise projects stays attached to their profile.

Do you work outside Toronto?

Not yet. We cover Toronto and the GTA. Supplier pricing is regional, and we would rather be accurate in one market than vague in ten.
